I gotta play a little bit of the demo tonight, it's not bad. The game has a lot of uh... Stuff. So far I like specializing in drone support as an assault class. I'd use a recon drone to hover over an area Im attacking and the drone reports to me about enemy posistions.

Would anyone like to try out the demo and maybe we can link up?

 

I downloaded it tonight cause I saw you playing it and that was the first I heard to an MP demo for Frontlines. I tryed it but did not get to use any of the cool hardware like the tanks or planes. Still 32 player over the 360 is sweet. I would love to get a group of us together and show others over Frontlines that we are hard as fuck.  

 

I downloaded it but like most demos haven't played it. I'm always interested in Battlefield type games and this one is being made by the guys who worked on Desert Combat for BF1942 and helped with BF2 PC. As long as aircraft aren't horrifically over powered I'll most likley end up getting the game.

 

The demo only featured Helicopters and their firepower was pretty sick. I felt like it was reasonable thought, attack copters do have a mean bite them.

What's interesting you first pick your class, like in a any game, and then a specialization, like drones, ground support and air support. I havent exparamented much, but I had drones. So far I used a hunter drone which could fly, and depending on who the drone see's it'll update that info to my HUD (I can switch from controlling the drone to myself with the left trigger). I can also use the Hunter drone as a bomb. Next I had a gun drone, I could drive the lil sucker around and blast anyone not looking, I also believe that I could leave it stationary and it becomes a gun turret. Next is the mortar drone which... well, shoot mortars.

checked out some videos on ign and yeah! this game actually looks pretty fun!

so i downloaded the demo [my 360 wont play game discs but it'll play demos just fine xD] and i'd be up for it!

i was playin for a bit last night and i have fun with it!

took me a little bit to get used to but its fun. i like the vehicles. and i like how you can sprint and not get tired xD

personally i think its fun!

vehicle combat on the oil fields is definately neat. adds a different dimension to gameplay

i been playin the bigger rooms [30 people and stuff] and yeah

its pretty cool

you cant even feel it

im anxious for this to come out so i can play some other maps!

 

I guess once I started playing the demo I practically stopped. Before I even got my Xbox 360 I had Battlefield 2, and I guess I pretty much felt phased out of it. I'll give it another go again if anyone wants to try this later tonight.
