    Here's a free Unicron Cosplay Helmet template for you guys to make. PDO is for Pepakura Viewer, if you don't have the program then use the PDF file. This is best made using EVA foam of 5-8mm thick. Perfect for cosplay, or just displaying it with your CHUG figures. Have fun!

    Wow, this is super amazing! I recently started working on stuff with EVA foam and this would be a great testing ground! is there any chance I could pull this off with 10mm foam? (i bought wayy to much foam mats instead of craft foam)

    Aww that’s too bad, (and sorry to bother you with another question) Would you recommend 5 or 8mm?

    I'd personally use anywhere from 4-6. It's easier to cut and works angles better. I've seen some 5mm exercise mats at Ross. Or better yet you can buy them from TNTCosplay. Really nice quality foam
