This one's kinda... HOT! (HAHA! HA! Aaaaa.... kill me).

Not feeling it tbh, looks cool on the trailer but it doesn't float my boat on Rodimus.

Honestly? That looks really overdone. With very few exceptions I think I'll be sticking to the repros of actual sticker sheets, since a lot of the upgrades and such do nothing to me.

 

Yeah, that looks like a Michael Bay design on steroids.

 

Yeah not feeling this one that much. The realistic flames make it look hokey and "Xtreme" like late 90's to early 2000's "XTREME" where X-sports and drinks,and clothing all had realistic flames.  

I think a set in a sense of what the City Commander repro set did would be more in favor. But That is just my opinion.

 

It's artistically cool, but I like the original Rodimus set, it works fine.

 

The flame design is awesome, unfortunately it's also very large on the hood. And I hate the orange along the bottom of the car but otherwise I like the rest.

 

actually, I'd like to see those on the Scyther set. might make a cool "old skool fallen"

I love the graphics, but I think the sticker for the hood flames should be left at where the flame ends. Also, the side stickers sould be left to just a touch of the dark mustard yellow on the bottom (color matched to the protector armor, and only as high as it is on the protector armor, so it looks like it meets up with the trailer) for a more unified side profile. The 3-tone burgundy top/rodimus red cab/ dark red sides doesn't work for me (easily modified though). Other than that, it's fantastic set and I'll grab one or two when they're available. Speaking of which, when do they become available on the site?

 

I wouldn't use it on mine but it's still very cool I wonder what it would look like in black and purple.....

Okay... this is an eye-opener  

I think we'll divide the set up then. There are a couple people who dig the flames, so we'll offer those on their own. There's a lot more to the set though, so we'll offer those other parts separately too. They include trailer wall read-outs and schematics, Protector robot mode details, tail lights and other details for the back of the trailer, fitted symbols, and I think we should have the car's side details and headlights in this part too.

I do like the running boards on the Hot Rod portion but the flames would only go on the Fallen I was planning to make from the Shadow Scyther set on Crystal Rodimus.

 

i think this looks awesome and is a nice addition if u want to give ur protector an awesome new look...

 

i wouldnt mind having just the stickers for rts hot rod

 

I think its cool, but its a bit much on Hot Rod to be honest. On the trailer and Guardian..very cool.

 

Damn guys, why all the hate on this thing?

Although it doesn't look the best in robot mode, I'm really digging the way it looks in both vehicle modes and the drone. I approve.
