    This hit me when looking at Seibertron's galleries of the figure.

    It's the eyes that screwed up this guy. They're too big, and the wrong shape. He just looks emotionless.

    Now, I think that, in theory, some simple paint applications could fix this. by either going the Gundam method (apply black around the eyes and over some parts of the eyes) or just layering parts of them in a matching shade of grey, you can get a better shape for them, and thus make him look much better.

    I don't even think it has to be that thick. Would be interesting to see on the actual figure.

    Might help if his eyes were more blue than that pasty gray.
