So...I was looking through my "failed customs" box one day and discovered an old Tarn (which was so terrible we shall never mention it again after this post). It was made from a deluxe Hailstorm figure. I looked at my FOC Optimus and thought it needed some extra armor. I repainted it and added tonnes of weaponry, as well as leg extensions. A couple of paint layers later and here we have it: FOC Optimus with Battle Armor. I'll upload vehicle mode pics later.

I dig it! I'm just a fan of most of these FOC molds for whatever reasons as it is but this is a nice weapons upgrade,my friend.

I'll try to get them up as soon as possible, it's just that I've been really busy with other customs and my projects on Lego Ideas.

I've been dying to see a trailer that also fits as added battle armor (akin to Battle Tanker'ish) for FoC and/or WfC Optimus for sometime now.

 

Looks good! I dig the launchers, can't wait to see vehicle mode. I have a failed customs bin too...I just pitched it because it was depressing me...!

Yeah, it's kind of messy, but if you were a Decepticon, you would most likely run if you saw that coming at you at 100 mph.

 

Yeah I have to say it is rather messy, cool but is their a way to do a cleaner way of the doing this battle armor?

 

I could leave out the leg pieces, which would make it a lot better, but I wanted every single piece to be able to fit on the vehicle mode. That being said, I don't normally display my Transformers in vehicle mode (unless it's Alternators/Binaltech), so I'm happy with the robot mode.
