    My repaint of the FOC Optimus Prime. Used a flat black base coat and then dry brushed with silver and shades of blue and red with copper highlights.

    dude that looks like it jumped out of the game! silver is spot-on, the red and blue aren't too battle damaged nor darkened, and the emanations are beautiful. great work :thumb

    How much prep work was needed to stop paint rub? And on what parts?

    Hardly any paint rubs on this figure since everything pretty much tabs together.

    I may have to take mine apart later and repaint him then. Looks so much nicer than the factory deco

    Yeah,the stock coloring on these things suck.They definitely need a makeover and to go a little bigger.I like the use of the silver over the black.My only thing with these FOC's is I like to see them a little battle scarred as they look in the game.Clean job!
