Just got my order of Bruticus from Hasbro Toy shop and the 1st one i open was Onslaught and he is missing a wheel!!! has this happened to anyone else? and how do i go about fixing this? will they send me a wheel? or will they make me send him back for a new one?
back or front? if front, then is he missing the part that rolls? or his entire wheel that's partly molded into his shoulder?
I've never heard of Hasbro replacing parts. I've also heard tales of people contacting them with QC issues, being offered a replacement, and getting a toy of 'equal value' that isn't even kind of the original figure. Soooo, good luck.
I had one of the power core combiner sets replaced by hasbro once. The one with Mudslinger came with a broken drone. So I emailed hasbro and they asked for the defective one, then sent me an entire new set. I got to keep the other ones that were good, and it didn't take too long to get it replaced. On a side note, my FoC G2 Bruticus showed up missing half the head of Brawl. I emailed BBTS about it and am awaiting a reply... Hopefully I just need to send them Brawl back for a replacement. Good luck with getting your Onslaught replaced.
This. But be persistent that you have heard about this "equal value" thing and want an exact replacement. My FE Starscream was missing a knee spur but because it wasn't a readily available they couldn't guarantee an exact replacement.
I dont think this kind of thing happened before the switch to clip-on wheels. Ahh, the good days. The only Knock-out I've ever seen at retail was missing a wheel, too.
