Uh, I don't know if anyone has seen or posted on this before, but when I was buying the TF game for PSP (!) today at my local Gamestop, I saw a Transformers-themed plastic DS case with 24 interchangable faceplates, three game protectors and a wristband/screen wiper! It was in cool G1-esque packaging, too. I passed, but it was kinda tempting! Here are some nice blurry cell phone shots for those who are interested.
got a few things for my b-day. the Optimus helmet, barricade, brawl, and swindle. Almost bought the PSP Game today but decided against it until payday. In the Best Buy ad next week they are giving away a free legends of cyberton figure with the TF game.....What ever platform you get. It has Bumblebee (hot shot repaint) and jetfire shown in the ad.
Very true. I'm just sorry I am not following you guys to Botcon this year. It was a tough decsion, but there is always next year. If you want to pull a "onesock", you can just take a picture of a "Griffey Jr." card or something at Botcon. This way, it was like I was there. Have fun and bring me back some goodies!
I haven't been around much. Kinda gearing up for Botcon and trying to get back out into the world and meet some women and such since the wife decided to leave me awhile back. I've kinda been in a whole different place in my head. I'm looking forward to seeing those of you attending at Botcon. Take care folks.
That too. So, who all is crashing Tony's theater for the movie? Oh, sightings. Sanford TRU has the new Robot Heroes. But they aren't in the huge display in the front. Go to the normal TF aisle, and look at the Robot Heroes peg there.
I am! And, we're also now going to be giving away a 6 month season pass to the theatre. Imagine being able to see the movie AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT FOR FREE as long as we have it. Once I get details set up (and prizes), I'll also offer to sell raffle tickets for some items on line- I'm really hoping to get a Peter Cullen-signed poster or two, plus toys, stuff from IGN, and whatever else I can get- in addition to what's already been announced. Details still being worked out regarding the structure of the trivia...but there will be prizes. Plus, I just got my pack from Paramount today. I got lots of mini-posters, buttons, balloons (black with silver Decepticon logo and silver w/ black Autobot logo), and some small cardboard display thingee. I was just visiting work to see FF2 (wasn't bad), but when my GM told me the boxes came in, I couldn't help taking a look. Plus, I got 10 more psoters today- in this case, the one with the Optimus, Bumblebee, and Megatron heads floating above earth. I'll be using some of them for prizes as well. -Tony!
Boy, I sure do know how to kill a thread..... On another note, Merrit Island TRU has a bunch a reissue Soundwaves, but EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS BACKWARDS IN THE BOX!!! Not just the figure, the whole plastic was inserted in backwards. I hope this isn't a widespread problem, it might not sell as well. (Yeah right.)
you killed it. I need to know who would be interested in meeting up at the AMC 20 in Oldsmar to see the movie a bunch of us could get together and Runamuck in the theatre. if there are more people going to the Hollywood 18 in Port Richey mabee we could do it there.
