Skarr and Swoop spotted at Tarpon Bay Target in Naples. I was about to say one of each left but a kid came up and got both as I was typing this. Also first time I've seen Smash Changer Scourge and Beast Mode Bumblebee.

So, I didn't get a chance to share this yesterday when I took these pics, but this is the bad comedy that is the TF selection at Target on Hillsboro Blvd in Delray Beach. Not pictured: Things that weren't bad comedy - Core class - Swoop x 1, Scarr x 1, Grimlock x 2. One of the Grimlocks can be seen, and the others are unseen among the 7 Legacy Cores behind Grimlock.
Finally some good luck! DeLand WM had a lone ROTB voyager Optimus Prime mixed in the endcap display (no Primal still) and in the aisle Leader Armada Megatron! There is still one more Meg up in the overstock.
I went to the Casselberry Walmart this morning. No Armada Megs or mainline Prime. The aisles are filled with clearance tags though. Probably the summer reset. They still have clearance toys from the last reset funnily enough. If anybody in the Orlando area spots an Armada Megs please let me know. I'm a big fan of you can't tell .
Titusville Walmart has a leader Armada Megatron. They also have leader The Fallen, two deluxe Dead Ends and a Dragstrip if anyone is still looking.
Anyone else still collecting NECAs TMNT stuff? I'm looking for April 2.0, Napoleon Colossus, and Bugman & Electrozapper 2 pack. I'll keep an eye out for the Mirage stuff if anyone wants me to.
Just cheap spots today... Big Lots @ 4901 Palm Beach Blvd (Morse Shores Shopping Center, Fort Myers) had 3 x Micro Figures Starscream & Bumblebee 2pks clearanced $8 each. I've never seen these before and couldn't find them in the wiki, so I don't know what other characters are in the line. They might be useful for displays with some of the titan figures, like the Ark and Nemesis. Citi Trends @ 4901 Palm Beach Blvd (Morse Shores Shopping Center, Fort Myers) had nothing Transformers or Transformers adjacent. Dollar Generals @ 4901 Palm Beach Blvd and @ 430 New York Dr & Palm Beach (Fort Myers) just had the same old Authentics Bravo 5" & Alpha 7" figures, nothing new. Dollar Tree @ 4235 Palm Beach Blvd (Fort Myers) had no Transformers and the usual assortment of Final Faction figures, weapons, and accessories.
