Wow, looking at the Universal Studios store at the TF Ride exit this morning, I feel like old stock is making it there instead of Ross/Ollies type stores. So many Power of the Primes Leaders like Rodimus and Optimal Optimus, lots of Infernos, and even more recent stock like where all the Smashdowns that people can't find on retail shelves went
Fells like it's less old stock making it there and more new stuff slowly getting there since they charge twice as much for it.
Walmart off East Colonial near Alafaya Trail: ×2 Seige Soundblasters ×1 G1 Soundwave (plus a case of them on top of the fixture) At least ×4 35th Anniversary Cell-shaded Megatrons and one or two Optimus Primes located in the Christmas toy shop section toward the middle of the store. They are on a regular shelf, NOT one of the red endcap displays people were finding at other stores.
so the Walmart on Rinehart (the only one anywhere near my regular haunt) has absolutely nothing new in the way of collectible toys. they have a GIGANTIC section for the creepy youtube kid's merch but no new TFs or Marvel Legends. to make matters worse, my cell-shaded Megatron has been delayed again by walmart.com so i am anticipating no Megs for me ...
There was a random SS Ironhide at the Ormond Walmart. I'm pretty confused, wasn't it a Target exclusive? The closest scanner was naturally busted so I didn't get a chance to test that. I hid it behind the Siege Voyagers if anyone wants it.
Found a Brunt and a Reflector in the Walgreens by University mall, Fowler Ave, Tampa. And also 2 Ratchets and a Hound in the Walgreens on Fletcher/Dale mabry, Tampa.
In South Florida for the weekend. Ross off University and Sterling in Cooper City/Davie has two Trypticons for $49.99 each.
Target has Transformers as part of their "buy 2 get one free". Plus there's still the 25% off one toy coupon still in effect. Sounds like they want to get some old product off the shelves to put out new stuff post-Black Friday.
