Wait, that's a prototype of the larger figure? Oooooh. My mistake.

Had a feeling it looked different but couldn't quit put my finger on it for some reason.

So... any chance that Lio Convoy is gonna get a model kit release or is it just as a figure?

Perhaps somewhere down the line they will, given how Drift got both I don't see why the others won't get model kits eventually. Here's hoping.

But there will be also a Furai Rodimus, right? This one's gonna be expensive, right?

Furai are models right. I don't get why they just can't call them model kits.

Knowing Bandai, they’d probably sue and raid them over using the words “model kit” despite not legally owning the word. :p

That Lio Prime design is pretty trippy, and the Primal figure's got a cool aesthetic.

I kinda want to see what the ape mode would look like based off that style.

It's just confusing when they show new stuff, but now I think I get it.

OK, where can I buy these? Does Flame Toys have a webshop? Do they ship internationally?

So they are going straight to 'Action' with with Primal and Leo and skipping the model kit?

Maybe their definition of "Furai Action" has changed? The first release was just a pre-assembled and painted IDW Prime, but Primal has diecast and stuff?

They might want to release this version first and then the all plastic, unpainted kit after so that their "Action" version gets more buzz online? Or maybe Furai Action is fully independent now and there won't be any model kit releases?

I'll be getting Primal for sure. Same cool designs for a much cheaper price. I'm gonna guess 150 USD as the cost.

Maybe, but you'd expect them to drop the 'Furai' moniker if they wanted to make it a wholly separate line. The model kits are called 'Furai', then 'Furai Action' debuts with a pre-constructed and painted version of one of the Furai kits. You might be right but it's a strange and confusing way to go about introducing a new line. Like you say maybe the kits will appear later down the line.

The inclusion of die-cast is interesting. I'm not quite sure if I'm interested in these particular ones (Primal does look cool but he doesn't really have a place in my collection) but it does make me wonder how Furai Rodimus will eventually manifest himself.

I don't know about Germany but I had to order mine though online retailers like Kapow and ShowZ.

Really hope it's adjustable. I had been assuming he'd be a must buy for me. Not sure how I feel about that, it's a bit much. On a figure as pricey as he'll be, I pretty much need to love it or I'll be passing. We'll see.

But I'm glad we're seeing him. I knew they'd anounced him, but after the model reveal and nothing else I was starting to strongly suspect it was either a mistranslation or they had decided to go with the model instead. At least now i know he will exist!

While it's nice that there is some diecast I'm not fond of the metallic look Primal's got going on. I'll probabely wait for the kits.

I assume the Kuro Kari Kuri Model is an attempt at a more Figueroa-esque take on Roche's design in order to fit better with the Megatron and Optimus but... no thanks. Do not like.
