I kinda want to see what this Arcee would look like as Nightbird. Give her a bunch of ninja weapons, really lean into a whole shinobi theme.

I had a lot of fun building Windblade, so I think I'm definitely gonna pick this up. Excited for Blackarachnia too.

 

That visor on Arcee looks freakin awesome

 

I only have one, and have seen Emgo review a few, so I can't speak for all of them, especially the expensive deluxe ones. But the normal kits are all pre-painted for the most part, with a few stickers to round things out. About on the same level as Bandai's Figure-Rise kits, though with more actual paint already applied, and less stickers.

 

Good job me ya done forgot to talk about the TF's. Giltaur so you've finally gained a physical form.......well alrighty then. Not knocking it just never really cared for the design *squints* What's that weird orangey grey blob that's oddly getting bigger........OH!

Arcee and Megs look great. Really love that mega cannon tail weapon megs is sporting.

It's like if Gigan were a regal knight decked out in that eye blindingly shiny armor you'd find in some anime or JRPG.

Barring panel lines and perhaps a few small details, yes they generally look like that out of the box. FT uses glossy plastic and the kits have fairly good parts separation.

 

Damn maybe I should finally dive in. Especially since they’re branching out from the usual characters.

 

Seeing all these announcements got me to poke around and see what is actually up for pre-order. Ended up running across Flame Toy's Windblade on Amazon. The figure I pre-ordered on Amazon only to have them cancel my PO several months later when the kit was out of stock at my other "go-to" shops. Grrrr, now Amazon has her on sale. Finally overpaid elsewhere for the kit. Stupid Amazon jerks saying they can't get any, and then go ahead and get too many.

Flame toys is the same as Sentinel right? so the Plaiobot stuff is like the furai version of theses 3K toys. Its all so confusing!
