Understandable and I think both designs are great, but thankfully it doesn't look like too much was changed from one to the other.

 

So long as her endo skeleton is durable for poses I'll bite! Finally a confirmation! Instant and only kurokarikuri furaiI'll ever get (at least until Slipstream is made). As for the other drama, time to put up and support the product! I want a Slipstream soon (maybe an Elita-1 or Arcee too!). Gal/female action figures usually are said to be shelf warmers. Let's all prove it wrong!

 

I can go either way on the wings myself. Just glad Bansav's design is mostly all there!

 

So they upgraded her form G-string to thong and made her midsection less smooth. Ironically she feels more like a "human in a bikini" now that her "skin" is more defined from the "clothes" like her legs. Have a hard time mustering emotion over that change. If anything the new tummy might feel a bit inconsistent with her otherwise smooth design but not in a way that makes me think "oh wow what an awful design choice."

What I'm actually saddest to see changed are the wings. I liked the atypical VTOL things on her back simply because it wasn't just the same generic jetformer wing design we always see. It made her feel a lot more unique and non-Windblade-y, and had nothing to do with the complaints AFAIK. That felt like a genuine improvement on her otherwise boring traditional design.

 

Yeah, honestly. As much as I like how the new wings look, the older ones definitely looked more unique and different than what she usually gets.

 

Agreed! Missed the original wing design.

Oh...........and SUPPORT the product so it would encourage the company to release more fembots( and at a fan friendly not MP44 range SRP)

Agreed, the old wings fit a lot her character and were more creative.

 

Hopefully her original bow-wings will be available as either a swap-out accessory or someone will make them. They really made her stand out from the hundreds of other typical jet-formers. Now she’s just another face in the crowd.

Still happy that she’s getting made. That one gripe aside, I’m glad they’re sticking to the original design as much as they are.

I’d like to believe that they keep the majority of the original design because flametoys saw the demand for it.

The fact that windblade resembles a women will have them screeching.

I like the new design better. A little less exaggerated (though still stylized, which I like,) and it keeps the part I liked the best anyway - The face.
