    AFAIK, just a concept.

It's a model kit, so technically everything is removable.

I toy with the idea of letting go of my Drift and Tarn from time to time as I don't have a strong personal attachment to those characters. Then I look at them on my shelf and NOPE!

Mostly Rodimus and Primal but TBH they all look super cool. I've been thinking about picking some of these up for a while anyway.

These things are awesome but the cost is just too much for the actual figures, but they do the models so its good for me I guess. I'm looking forward to the models, I guess. The Prime is 449 and Unicron is 574 which is kinda nuts. I wish the kept the price under 300 for the figures.

Eh. The only thing I can see being drawn from Leonidas is the broader, shield-like, robotic lion face. Everything else looks like the traditional Lio Convoy, a bit stylized, and with a kingly sword and cape combo.

Oh man Windblade looks great, I love Ban's art, so it's good to see more figures of his designs out there.

Any idea why Lio Convoy, or should I say Leo Prime, has a westernised name but Big Convoy doesn't?

That is another possibility, in that Hasbro has released a number of "Leo Prime"s, but AFAIK, there's been no western release of a "Big Convoy". The only time Hasbro's used the mold, it was for Nemesis Prime.

True, but if it's not designed to be removed then there may be exposed pegs, or the proportions may be off.

I'm wondering if the Cape will be a lump of plastic or soft goods? A proper cloth Cape could look cool, bit you don't often see soft goods on a model kit so who knows.

Something like Mezco does where it's soft goods but has a poseable wire would be cool.
Unless there are issues with that design. I have no experience with them, but they look great in pictures.

I have an sh figuarts Batman with the wire design and it works well when you get it into a convincing pose, but can be a bit fiddly to get there so I don't mess with it often.

It’s definitely its own type of display. Goes with these figures and really only these.
    Cause it looks cool.
Believe in the Prime that believes in Prime!
Dang you’re right. Ah well, we’ll see what happens.
    You’re damn right.
They might do him. They’re gonna release the Drift as a model. And there is an Autobot Megatron model.
It’s just been revealed as a concept.

I mean maybe. Art is sometimes uncertain until they show off some prototypes. We’ll see how the cape looks then.
    Same. I’m so happy.

I do wonder if he will be called Leo Prime on the box. I wouldn’t be surprised. But it’d be cool if he was called Lio Convoy.

    I'm liking that Primal kit.

I really wish that they would do kits for Action Master characters. Imagine what their version of Rollout's MTMTE design would be like!

Aw man seeing the BW leaders getting a chance to shine in this line makes me so happy. :D  Looks like Windblade won't be the only character in the line that I'll be getting.

    Fu@k.

Really hate the IDW Rodimus design.
I was hoping we’d get the old Newtype Tsuyoshi Nonaka design or something similar.
    Humongous pass.

I personally love the MTMTE Rodimus design. He's going to look absolutely incredible with Flame Toys' dynamic motion articulation.
