I found this Flame Toys model kit at a Barnes & Noble store in Connecticut.

I saw this at a hobby store last week. Is it 50 dollars at B&N too?

Anyone around here able to make a chrome extension that auto hides any news posts that mention "Furai"?

I mean you guys do you, but I'm sick of seeing news posts about things that don't transform.

I'm sure people feel the same way about MP, 3rd party, or anything other than those 2, but In life, we kinda just have to deal with things, don't we?

What’s wrong with just skipping the thread and not replying? :thumb

I’m personally a bit annoyed with the ‘sucks cos doesn’t transform’ comments here and on Facebook every time a ‘Furai’ or similar thing is announced (and I’m totally a collector who prefers his Transformers to transform, so I don’t really have a stake in this or whatever).

Having seen the Tarn figure they have up close recently thanks to a fellow boardmember, I totally get the appeal. Articulation and material quality are way above and beyond what a regular Has/Tak product can achieve -especially one that has to transform. It was quite insane really. I can only assume these things scratch another, different itch for some fans as these are buildable model kits. :)

I’d love buildable model kits that transform. Screw the 50 points of articulation. Just multiple colors please.

And I don't care about the zillion posts about the TCG collectible card game (which isn't even plastic, nor figures) but I don't complain about them in their threads.

Would love to filter those as well.

I don't care if there are threads about whatever, but this stuff gets promoted on the front page of the site, so it's not so easy to avoid.

And y'all are way too sensitive. I didn't say not to make posts about it. I didn't say not to promote it as news. I just wanna see if there's a way I can filter it solely on my end according to my tastes.

You have your answer and it’s no. Be an adult and just scroll past them like everyone else does with news they aren’t interested in.

Lol, so instead of advocating for a feature that would benefit everyone on this site, regardless of their interests, I should just shut up.

Take your own advice and just scroll past my posts.

No, I’m fully capable of scrolling past and ignoring things on my own.

I don’t care about non transforming transformers.

However this thing might earn a spot on my Bee hive shelf in my case.

Cute but if that will be the price everywhere, then it's outside of how much I am willing to pay for it right now.

Currently, Barnes & Noble has 25% off select model kits which include select Flame Toys model kits.
