Recently got Scourge. His head is so loose it comes flying off trying to move him. I have no idea how to fix it.

Considering I got all 3 waves I'm surprised that only he had QC issues.

    Thanks for the help

Try rotating the titanmaster's head 90 degrees before putting it in the neck socket. It's a common problem with this mold (ditto with Highbrow as well).

I've tried that and it fell out, I'm surprised that the qc with the mold was that bad

If you Google search 'Scourge bobble head fix' (or something to that effect), a TFW2005 thread about this very topic - with some great fixes - will come up at or near the top. That's how I fixed my Highbrow :)

It's worked wonderfully for me, so here it is. If you get 'Ensure' (a nourishment drink/liquid food) wherever you are, the straw you get with it, cut to length of course, is the perfect width to eliminate this issue.

I folded up a tiny bit of scotch tape and wedged them on the outside of the pins that holds the titanmaster in place. The tape will press against the pins just enough to force a tighter connection. Plus if the head is still too loose or too tight you can always use more or less tape.

I don't have Scourge, but I do have Highbrow, which shares tooling with Scourge. Highbrow had a serious bobble-head. I found that Weirdwolf's titanmaster fit in nice and snug. So I picked up an extra Weirdwolf and swapped out just the tiny head on Highbrow's titanmaster with Weirdwolf's.

My Hot Rod is the loosest of all of my toys. It's not really awful, just kind of annoying. I keep hearing what is love playing in my head when I move him around.

Thanks for the heads up. (No pun intended.) My Classics Rodimus broke recently and I was debating whether I wanted to get another one or get the Titan Returns version. Hearing that the TR version has a bobble-head is a big factor to consider.

Hot Rod was always my favorite Autobot, so I was going to buy him no matter the cost (so take that into account) but I LOVE this one. I'm super happy with him even if he's bobbing around. Hopefully you'll get a better fitting head if you do get him!

I used a piece of colored construction paper, draped it over the titan masters head like a hat. Holds it in fairly well.
