Did a search, didn't see any topic on this... Picked up Demolishor, and his "hands" facing outward the wrong way really bugged me, and it's completely unneccesary, don't have a clue why Hasbro assembled him this way... To get his hands/shovel facing inward, like normal hands and like he has it in the movie, just do the following: - unscrew the two screws at each elbow - remove the dark grey parts, then remove the inner black plastic gearing from each dark grey piece - switch JUST the lower arms, left to right and right to left - re-attach the original dark grey parts minus the gearing pieces, tighten screws He transforms perfectly, and the "mech alive" gearing won't work anymore, but who cares, the figure is actually more poseable, and LOOKS normal with proper hands. Finally I like this figure now
I'll get some soon... It's not hard to visualize if you have the figure, and it makes him a million times better.
so im guessing the shovel part in vehicle mode is upside down? how about a pic of that? it wouldnt bother me either way.
Isn't the bucket of the shovel upside down now? Like,..I was pretty sure that the scoop part is supposed to be facing upwards.
That's what I thought. I can't justify making one mode worse to make another mode better AND ruining the gimmick at the same time.
Wouldnt the logical thing to do be to mod it so his hands can swivel around? It would make more sense. And Im thinking some Radicon will eventually make a shovel hand that can split apart to make fingers. That will be the day
