I'll definitely wait for the other 5pk I need, but I already preordered the 8pk case. I can always trade them away later on during the Series 2 or 3 Waves, when they're not as common.

 

I really don't mind getting doubles because A. With so few local stores I'd be basically paying that much for them on eBay anyways and B. I know a little girl who's the daughter of one of my dad's friends and who is always fascinated by my TF collection whenever she comes over, she wants to play with everything I'll let her. And her parents are going through a nasty divorce right now, so I figure she can use all the help she can get-- all of my doubles are going to her.

Triples, on the other hand.... not sure. Trade fodder, I guess.

Just bought the Greaser Gang, thanks for the heads up! They ship starting on the 12th while the Jock Squad starts to ship right before Christmas.

 

Has anyone figured out the most efficient way of getting all of these guys? Like most people I would want to spend the least amount of money and getting none or very little repeats.

I mean, from what I've gathered if you buy a case of 24 of the singles you get 24 different ones. Are these 24 the whole "wave 1"?

Are there ones that are exclusive the 5 or 8 packs. Are there some that are only available on single packs?

 

Back when we didn't know if the blind cases had a way of finding what figures you'd pick it was going to cost $190 for the complete set of 61 figures and 20 duplicates.

If I remember correctly, the blind case has 5 dupes, so avoiding those drops the price ~15.
