How did you easily alter the clear plastic on RID Prime? Are you just referring to the coloring with red sharpie, or is there something better? Just curious.

Im going to assume It will be slightly smaller than FE (seeing as all rid toys have been so far) but will be evenly sized with the rid bulkhead which is a good thing in my books.

    ^ Don't jinx it, man...

...On the other hand, though, I'm beginning to wonder if we even do need to worry about it in this case. Granted, the first Voyager wave had Megatron shortpacked against Optimus, but has anyone else noticed that the later Voyager moulds seem to be predominantly Decepticons? Aside from Bulkhead, there's just Starscream, Skyquake/Dreadwing, and now Breakdown...we could conceivably end up with waves later on that consist entirely of Decepticons.

I was just thinking that too, as outside of repaints & Bulkhead... who'd be left on the autobot side? Maybe Ratchet later on, but even if they mixed Optimus into it we'll have a good chance at cons, and it's not like voyagers fly off the pegs as fast as deluxes do. For example, if we end up getting something like 2 Optimus/1 Megatron/1 other con it should be fine, and then hopefully when we have a 4th character it'll be one of the Optimus' that gets canned instead of Megatron.

Dammit, I'm wanting this SOO much more than I did yesterday.

If they're desperate for new Voyager Autobot molds, I really hope they do Ratchet.

I can definitely see them doing a Nemesis Prime redeco in the future.

    Nothing wrong with the arms,
personally think they look great, gotta remember its a car than changes into a robot, so its gunna have car parts attatched, otherwise it would look silly being a robot with no obvious signs of an alt mode,

in fact i would hate it if all the robots look just like robots - and then BAMM its turned into a car "hey i had no idea that was gunna happen"
much like the simple robot with car bits look,

ummmm so yeah breakdowns arms are fine

You must not be a movie fan LOL. Not to derail but that is the very reason I hated the movies. The bots lost any sign of Alt mode when they were bots. Aside from a windshield here and a bent license plate there.

I am not asking for my bots to be riddled with kibble but I do like seeing signs of thier alt mode on the bot. This is why they need to scan for SUITABLE alt modes. Bay forgot that whole part of the lore.

Exactly thats why i like breakdown arms,
now days all the car mode is, is an shell with a robot attatched to the bottom
    its even worse for jets

bring back the simple playability and obvious alt/bot modes from G1,
i really liked the way G1s like jazz and hound looked, because they looked like cars with arms, legs and a head,
starscream, skywarp and thundercracker all had great simple transformation with no kibble because the plane was the robot, and not a robot attatched to the bottom of a plane like it is now days,

This new rid line is hitting all the right notes with me as it brings back the great simplistic play value/display of the original - its making transforming them FUN again, and not a 20 min exercise that often leaves you frustrated,

never really bothered transforming any of my chug or FE collection as it was tooo longwinded

Does he have his eye patch? It kinda looks like it, but the picture is not clear enough.
