    I doubt it. I'm sure they want SOME consistency for the villain.

    that face could just be a thing that the human cast can visulaize as megatron in TF3. The actual megatron face can look totally different in the TF3 movie.

    Indeed. All those heads on set are just to help the actors and probably won't be the final designs, except for the new robots like Shockwave and the other red head (Which I'm thinking is Hot Rod/Rodimus).
