Theres a lot to love here, and im going as far to say im 100% on that Shatter, but theres a lot i see in these images that i dont think we should ignore.

Roadbuster:
Good: I always thought the Bayformers wreckers were some of the better bayverse designs since they got the alt mode in on the theme, they had that over engineered look, but still cohesive enough as to not be to visually noisy, and this SS fig makes good work on that design. It looks like Roadbuster. Thats a good thing.
Bad: There apears to be an entire car roof folded up into thirds on his assplate. This seems to be an ongoing thing in a lot of sedan-style movie figures. Thats ok, i think, i just wish that part was a little more integrated, though i know the parts count on these SS figures can really get up there; There are worse ways to cheap out (foreshadow foreshadow).

Bee:
Good: The bot mode nailed one specific thing that makes me happy and thats proportions. Knightverse Bee was a much stockier build compared to Bayverse Bee, so im happy to see that he's a little chonkier. That bot mode looks killer i cant find one bad thing to say about it, i just hope the build quality is there.
Bad: Remember when i said there are worse ways to cheap out? Clip on wheels, cmon these drop the visual appeal for me tenfold, A tiny cap piece, even just change the color of the plastic inner clip to metal, at least have them match. That hurts. Rest of the figure looks amazing but thats some real weak wheels that make the jeep look like a dollar store toy, which blows cause the rest looks killer.

Shatter: (ill keep this quick thanks for staying with me on this one)
Good: Angela Basset Plateface >>>>> Emotionless characterless mask on the car version.
Bad: Please let there be more color breakup on the official figure.

 

Sorry, should have said cruddy looking. It might be a great mold, it just doesn't really look anything like Dropkick

I think the only one that interests me most is Roadbuster. I'm glad we get the weaponized version this time. The detail looks great. I hope we'll see the other two Wreckers.

I'm gonna take these images as a sign that Sentinel Prime and Scrapper images will soon follow.

 

Ooooof I’m loving these three, so much. Hoping for Leadfoot and Topspin, all decked out, so I can get those three up on my shelves. Bee looks good, but I might pass because I’m enjoying my VW bug Bee, for all his flaws. That shatter though... wow... such a good looking figure in both modes, makes me upset that I bought the car one, though that figure isn’t the worst, I suppose. Is it just me, or does Jeep Bee look like he shares a similar transformation w/ WWII Bee, just a lot cleaner and well executed?

Definately one of the best looking deluxe waves so far, though that\'s what I\'ve said about each SS wave.

Jeep Bumblebee: Mine. Both modes are perfect. This is the other Studio Series Bumblebee I was looking forward to and a Hasbro did not disappoint. This is how you get me to buy a movie Bumblebee. (Shame that WWII Bumblebee’s vehicle mode wasn’t fully accurate, though. Ah well. Can’t have everything.)

Jet Shatter: Nice design with the right head, but not something I have to have. Skipping this one.

Might get Roadbuster as well. I never collected the DOTM toyline when it came out, so I don’t have as much of an attachment to that movie’s designs. On the other hand, I like the robot mode design (especially the visor) and his shade of green. I might break down and buy him when I see more in-hand pictures of his car mode. We’ll see.

Jeep-Bee is more appealing than I expected. Also can't help but wonder what toys that head can swap with.

Shatter looks pretty nice, though my aviation buff nature wishes for a bit more accurate Harrier, considering it's a less common jet form for TFs.

 

Wow, is it just me, or is Shatter one of the most compact and kibble-free movieverse jet modes they've ever pulled off? That's really well done.

 

IMO, the new Shatter looks a lot like TFP FE Starcream. Entire shape of jet mode, the transformation, I cannot unsee it.
