Huh, what do you know? That's good to know, for when I inevitably buy a MPM Bee to go with Barricade. Oh and someone tell True Savage. Sadly true, I'm just saying that it'd be better to skip on either Starscream or Brawl. Preferably Screamer, since he has the better Leader figure. Edit: It'd help if they reissued MPM Screamer, if they don't make an MPM of him. That is, reissue the MPM that was an 07-style repaint of his Leader toy, in absence of a dedicated MPM mold.
Wait, Screamer's in the works? I must've missed that. I thought it was just Ironhide and Beetle Bee. Well still, like I said, I'd rather stick with Leader Brawl and get a single Bonecrusher figure that's the correct size, to recreate the 07 highway fight.
I love @Seth Sunthay dearly, but what evidence does he have? I want it to be true though. A new leader-sized Starscream without a fat battery compartment would be amazing

As cool as MPM-1 Starscream is, there's definitely room for improvement, namely the lack of wrist swivels (resulting in curling/gorilla arms) and the overly fat undercarriage in jet mode. If anything, Takara will give us both an MPM-1 reissue in the Movie The Best line along with the new and improved MPM Starscream, much like what they did with Leader and MPM Optimus. At least, that's my hope, anyway (seeing how Starscream is my favorite Decepticon design after Barricade).
He said NOTRAB mentioned a potential MPM Ironhide and Starscream, I've also seen a masterpiece thread (don't know which page) regarding the same rumor.
I feel I should get a Barricade toy for the time being until this comes out. Thinking about getting DOTM Deluxe Barricade.
Not saying that I don't want an new MPM Screamer, just that if it were between him and Bonecrusher, I'd prefer Bonecrusher.
Well This looks pretty well fantastic! The top part of the chest appears to be fake pieces, but given that section's deformation in the official CG, I'm more than willing to forgive. That mace addon looks pretty top-notch as well, not to mention the arms as a whole. I am a bit put off by how he looks to have a case of turtle-neck syndrome, but hopefully that's just a mistransformation or it'll look better in person. The legs also seem pretty basic as well, but there may be more to them than... (Do I say it?) uh, appearances would suggest. Overall, I'm pretty friggen' hyped for this guy, and I look forward to seeing what Ironhide and Beetle!Bee have in store for us. Hopefully Barry doesn't release for a while yet, though; MPM Prime took the last of my free spending money and I'm still between jobs. T_T And some people have been putting wishlists, so I'll go ahead and post mine: Remaining '07 Bots and Cons (To-Scale Blackout please!) (Also interested in how they'd handle Skorponok. It would be cool if they would give him an alt-mode, like a Dune Buggy or something, but that may be outside the jurisdiction of a Masterpiece line) ROTF Jetfire, Rampage, Mixmaster, Long Haul (The rest of the constructicons I can take or leave, but if they do make them I'd hope they could combine. But I find them very unlikely to occur to begin with, as we've still had no sign of a G1 Devestator) DOTM Megatron, Sentinel Prime, Dino, Soundwave, Shockwave, and Laserbeak AOE Lockdown, Crosshairs, maaaybe Grimlock. TLK Megatron, (my personal favorite of his movie incarnations) Nitro Zeus, Barricade, and Skullitron (Most hilarious name since Deathasaurus IMO) I also kinda hope Starscream gets a cameo or something in the 'Bee Movie, with a less gorilla-ish design, which then also gets made into an MPM. I love most of the movie designs, but his I'll admit to being less than enthused with. But yeah, for now I just hope they stick with the first movie, get everyone from that, and then cherry-pick the best from the sequels.
The MPM is clearly superior here, at least in terms of accuracy. Now looking at MPM's chest compared to the CGI model, I feel like MPM's chest is a little too managed. I hope we're able to position those upper chest pieces downwards and at least the head wouldn't look as sunken in.
He still might have a chance, considering how much Hasbro labels him as part of ROTF, they might just use him as filler for it's potential anniversary.
I hope that's not the case, but I don't think there is any sign that there is a Frenzy figure included.
Alucardlee and Notrab are definitely into something if both say ironhide and starscream. I also heard about them (iron and cream) when i spoke with the guys who know what's going on exactly in the movie line edition and mpm line (to be honest, i thought that information was entirely fake), but now that two users with heavy leaks (and they're probably from the hasbro asia staff), it's more than enough to say that starscream it's coming, but i can be wrong. Anyway, thanks to @oku, NOTRAB said that Starscream was in the works as ironhide (ironhide confirmed as MPM6 by alucardlee now), but megatron wasn't in the priorities wich makes me a little sad, we probably will wait until 2019 to get him. (UNLESS THEY WANT TO SCRATCH IT AND MAKE A ROTF MEGATRON BECAUSE IF SO, I'LL KILL PEOPLE IN THE STREETS WITH SHIRTS ABOUT RICKANDMORTY). Anyway, regardless, if starscream mpm it's not happening soon they should give us other big decepticon lime brawl or bonecrusher, freaking blackout needs a new version, but we'll probably get the leader class version first. Barricade looks cool, in fact, i'd say that frenzy isn't necessary to be with him (they should make a standalone release).
