I'm still not really feeling this mold. I need to see some poses to see it's range and level of articulation. I still might by an extra skids to mod the head and make this ironhide.
Looks a lot more "plastic-ie" than some of the other alts. That could just be because it's a proto though. The blues are too light to be optimus imo - although it might make the inevitable Ironhide kitbashes easier though.

Although it still looks bad, it's clear from the fact there are those panels in the truck bed that he does have knees, thank goodness. Doesn't appear he has any lateral elbow rotation though. Boo. Still think it's one of the weaker alts, and a silly concept, but if it's got knees it'll be worth picking up just to paint blue and consider Masterpiece Prime's Roller, if nothing else. Phazer
I think it's probably the camera flash that makes it look that way. It looks okay. Not the best Alt but I think I'll like him once he's in my hands. But the thighs are just way too small, that's really gonna hurt the leg articulation.
Arms are weak, legs are not great, wouldnt be a bad alt if they had chosen it for a more appropriate character IMO. Makes a sucktastic Prime
You'll spend your money on a toy you don't want or like just because of the character (who has had many toys already)?
Not bad... the orangy plastic color reminds me a lot of the other "SRT" Alternator offering; Sidesswipe. How much do you want to bet that we will get that same old engine/gun mould that we have gotten with Sideswipe, Deadend and Suntreaker?
Finally, clear pictures of robot mode. I think it looks much better than what we've seen of it so far. Still by no means the best Alternator, but significantly less crappy than the first pictures we got before Botcon.

It looks kinda...cheap. I can see more than one OP influence too. There is of course, the G1 styling, mainly in the legs and head. Laser OP in the shoulders and of course this: http://www.cliffbee.com/reviews/gprime.htm No sign of a weapon yet by the looks of it. It's been said over and over, I know, but Trailbreaker would have been a better use for this mold.
Nah, you can just see the joint on Skids' arms below the shoulderguard. Can't see it here, and it doesn't appear there's a ball joint inside. Phazer
Perhaps it's just me, but recently, Hasbro and Takara seem to be intent on giving Prime oversized legs....... Maybe it's the lighting, but the plastic looks dull... that combined with the simplistic transformation gives me a happywell vibe.

not prime, but It could pass for ginrai. A black version with a swindle head would make a great trailbreaker.
