I can never remember my fist official figure but the one I remember with the most clarity was trailbreaker. The weird part is I specifically remember him coming with the little microman but don't remember him being blue.

G1 Smokescreen is the first I can remember having when I was 5 or 6. I don't have it now unfortunately. =(

First ever at retail was RID Skybyte. I had a lot of others before that point because my cousin gave me his huge box of G1/BW figures when he outgrew them, but Skybyte was the first I ever spent money on.

Ha! I see what you did there.

In that broader sense, I have clear memory of a 'first'. Some of the earliest I recall are Mego Ponch from CHiPs, the Lone Ranger & Tonto (plus horses), I think my first Star Wars figure was X-wing Pilot Luke, also had a weird Jor-El figure from Pocket Super Heroes, tho no accompanying Lex Luthor, Superman, or General Zod figures (or any of the other super-heroes in the Pocket Super Heroes line, that I recall). They were all definitely years before G1 Prime rolled into my house, with many Star Wars, GIJoe, and He-Man figures (plus assorted others, no doubt) arriving in between.

G1 Prowl, my godmother sent it from California. It was probably one of the first transformers ever to hit Finland. I played with it ┬┤till it was nothing but scrap.

I distinctly remember getting G1 Prowl in 1984, and getting the feeling of just how cool these new "Transformers" toys were.

My mother - being the incredible parent she is - was not only the one that bought me Prowl, but also the one that imported some of the GoDaiKin robots a year earlier. I was instantly hooked.

And getting MP Prowl last week brought back memories that I thought were long gone.

Mine was either MW Prowl or BW Injector, I can't remember which...I was more of a Power Rangers fan for many years, but I mainly liked the Megazords, so that was basically my gateway into transforming mecha fandom (and Transformers in particular)

My first TF was G1 Optimus Prime. I spent lots of time rolling him from my parents room to the living room.
