Jesus christ this movie is gonna be incredible, the acting, the plot, just everything.

 

This looks really nice! Can't wait to see the movie!

 

Its a well acted, well filmed clip and for the first time a scene actually seems to have a still camera and a sense of tension - seems Mark is bringing his A 'game.

The only thing puzzling me about this scene is where it would fit into the movie. Does this scene come before or after the attack on his barn?

If its before the attack on the barn then it must be after he has discovered Optimus - but before the Savoy scene from the trailers.

However, that wouldn't make sense in terms of Cade being so specific about exactly what Harold Attinger might do - unless Harold Attinger attacks the barn because of what Cade says? (Iron Man 3 style)

Cant imagine Harold choosing to threaten Cade after the barn attack - so it must occur before? :s

So something like this;
- Cade discovers truck
- Cade realises the truck is Optimus
- Cade shows the truck to Tessa and Lucas
- Lucas reports Optimus's existence to the 'anti-transformers' number
- Cade is taken to see Harold Attinger
- Harold Attinger sends thugs to barn
- Optimus reveals himself
- Shane arrives to save Tessa, Lucas and Cade
- Lucas is left behind due to his belief that the Autobots are evil
- Cade, Shane and Tessa go with Optimus
- Optimus gets a new form
- Optimus introduces new Autobots to the humans in the desert

 

Is anyone else having trouble with YouTube videos on TFW? Every time I try to play one a new tab opens in my browser and "https://<object%20width=" is the only thing that shows up in the URL, and just a blank page in the browser.

 

I really hope Grammer and Wahlberg have a lot of scenes together, because this one left me going "DAAAAAAAMMMMMMNNNNN!" Mark is such a great actor, and I think this seriously may be the first TF movie to get really good reviews. Especially here on the boards.

Also, Mark says something about Attinger sending his goons to kill Tessa. Does Harold have Tessa hostage, similar to Lockdown having Prime and Mark? Or is there an alliance forming between Harold and Lockdown? (Similar to Dylan and Soundwave)

 

Optimus introduces himself in his new form and I think the KSI agents come to Cade's barn because they heard OP's message "Calling All Autobots"

 

That's a really good clip. I'm really wishing they'd gone with the Yeagers for the first film.

 

Agreed. Their story is much more emotional and actually relatable unlike Sam and his aimless goals.

 

Funny how the commenters on comicbookmovie are raging about how the dialogue and the acting are terrible in this clip.
At this point, it's just too freaking obvious Michael Bay is the Meg Griffin of the movie world; everyone automatically hates him no matter what he does, only simply because he's Michael Bay.
