I like! There's a few of them I might have to pick up: -Bumblebee - for scale issues. -Starscream - he's more accurate in some ways.
Sort of a combination between FABs and Legends. They completely auto transform into robot mode, though. You just press a button, and they change.
Starscream impresses me the most, with his show accurateness. Although I 'd only pick one up if they made one of Ultra Magnus. edit: I might pick up one of Prowl, but I didn't see any at Toy Fair.
Bumblebee is almost good, and would be a definite purchase for me, if it weren't for his bizarre backwards elbows...
Big pass on all of these, show accurate or not. Far too many awesome toys coming out to waste money on these pocket money jobbies.
Very impressive for the simple toys that they are but I won't be getting them. If I get any animated figures it will most likely be the Dinobots or Soundwave.
those things are quite cute, they have character for sure. great for kiddies. as they probably dont auto TF back into alt mode that gives them some practice for the other toys!!
not something i'd buy but for parents looking for simple toys for their little kids they are perfect, then again that isnt saying much as thats exactly who they were designed for.
They look better than expected, my expectations were rather low however. IIRC, Legends were the best selling pricepoint last year. Unfortunately these "Pocket Money" type toys appear necessary to attract children who don't have much spending power.
Lol, no ones saying they're unnessacary or unwanted. Just redundant if you're a collector who can afford all the main toys. I know if I was a kid still, I'd probably love them to bits.
If they do make Legends class animated toys I will be impressed. That would not be an easy feat. And I'd probably buy them, I love having tiny versions of characters.
Screamer looks cool, but the jury's still out on Bulkhead. I do like how BB looks a little paunchy like his Classics and even G1 versions. Bulbous Roof-Gut FTW!
