    Hey guys -

G2 Gobot Ironhide proves more challenging than I thought! As I won't be able to post a new figure from 8.30 till 20.00 hrs CET (which is about twelve hours from now), I'll already post the next challenge should Ironhide remain uncountered:

It's G1 Bomb-Burst. Needs both the inner figure and the shell (the guns and wrench, or whatever it is the shell is holding, are optional :) ).

Really? I should keep tabs on this myself. I guess the thing just looks so outlandish that I can't imagine having played him before, LOL.

I hereby promise that I won't play Bomb-Burst again. Until one day I will. But that I won't do - promise!

EDIT - I need to be off to work in a bit, and am afraid I'll probably not be back on time to post the next figure, should the aforementioned ugly-ass pretender remain uncountered. I'll therefore post one now. Hopefully, this one is a bit easier:

It's the original Generations Deluxe Scourge. Doesn't need the gun(s).

I'm not taking a new picture of this guy. Here he is in one of my old sigs:

Now, let's get us moving again with my favorite shelfwarmer of the week, CW Leader Skywarp:

Aside from the headsculpt, I really like that mold; have it as Jetfire and Thundercracker. Don't know why it didn't sell very well.

I have it as Starscream too, somewhere. Personally I think it's derided due to the placement of the wings in robot mode; you end up with the unsightly ventral side and its cutouts facing forward, and there's no way to flip them around so the dorsal side faces out.

I have it as Jetfire and Starscream, Starscream is a bit of a regret. I think it's too big. The size of the mold works well for Jetfire, but it's too big for the other Seekers.

Let's not forget that the target audience for these toys are children. $45 for Skywarp? I doubt there are a ton of young die hard Skywarp fans begging their parents for one of these, and I doubt there are parents who are going to give in at that price.
