That is wild, retooling a Happy Meal toy... and look at that, on the US version the roof forms the arms, but on the Japanese version the arms are... formed from the sides of the car and the roof just... comes off...? The mind boggles...  

Anyway I might actually have the US version, I have clear memories of some of the other Armada toys, the Starscream, the Cyclonus, the Optimus... but I certainly don't have the Japanese version.

So do you need to wait until somebody matches a figure or can you overlap and post more than one at a time?

 

One at a time

 

When there is a current challenge standing you have to beat that challenge to "gain control" by posting that figure faster than anyone else. Then you get to post the next challenge. If someone's challenge is not beaten for 24 hours, they can then post a new challenge. Otherwise, if they don't post one (forgot, AFK, etc) you have to wait until 30 hours after the challenge was posted and then it becomes "Free for all" where anyone can post the next challenge. But this game is always serial--one person in control at a time, and you gain control by beating their challenge.
