This is Movie Advanced EX Wheeljack, an AEON retailer exclusive from five years ago, but a figure I'd never actually seen until just yesterday. I found it in our local second-hand store (for the ridiculously low price you see on the price tag!), and bought it immediately.
Its secondary-market value is about FIVE times what I paid for it.
