    i've read a loaned copy before, ages ago. still a very much engaging read.

    ...but i just realized theres no editorial of any sort in the book? no preface, no nothing?

    yes, i know theres a new version coming up, but still...i mean, vendetta had it.

    The versions of Watchmen I have read had stuff like that in it, I am sure :/

    mine is very recent as it has an ad for LOEG in the cover. nope, not even a preface.

    Even the Absolute edition doesn't have a preface (besides a very brief "Special Thanks to Nie Gaiman, etc.) Lotsa extra stuff at the end though.
