I was able to buy a junkie Titan class Trypticon (thanks to PrimeCron) so finally carried out the plan I have for a long long time --- create a Trypticon that can dwarf Metroplex and can still transforms the same way.

Stand straight, Trypticon is much taller than Metroplex.

Even bending the knees he is taller than Metroplex.

Okay, how? It looks like you lowered the pelvic area, and actually looks quite natural.

Sorry for the delay, my internet connection had issue, need to go through all the trouble to reset it, etc.

So more size comparison, with my normal Trypticon.

And with MT Metroplex repaint (metropolitan).

Remember when u first opened the package, Trypticon's legs were not connected? Basically I just remove them again from slots (very easy), drill holes and connect them through belly using metal poles. In this way, the only change part is the belly which will be covered up during other modes, nobody will noticed it and transformation stay the same, of course I need to put the legs back into slots.

Because this is a junkie, it's missing tail gun, Full-Tilt & Necro, etc.
So I replaced tail gun with Brunt.
    Replaced Full-tile with CHUG Galvatron.
Also add some shield on the side to hide where the hip connection used to be, it re-use the slot so can be removed and won't impact transformation, and this added shield can also attach PCC vehicles t5.jpg .

Took some more pics, this is how I did it.

I found a metal pole about 25 cm, cut it into half.
    t7.jpg

Drilled holes using 3/16 size driller. Then just connect the legs through the belly using those 2 metal rods, very secure and you can barely see the changes.

    This is right side

    This is left side.

The only change for transformation: I need to first pull out those 2 metal rods, then his legs need to be pushed back to the original slots at the side--- yeah, he is a parts-former now, but if I keep the legs in original sockets, he still works as before too.

i commend you on the willingness to mod him. but im just not really a fan of a taller trypticon i think he is cool as he stands from the factory.

Make sense for each one has different opinions, for me, I just have this impression that Tryption is slightly taller than Metroplex.
