wow, the one time Hasbro does something special with a face paint app ... they screw up this badly.

 

good lord, a bottle of gold paint, a brush, and about 15 seconds of your time and its taken care of. this is one little problem people are having that I truely do not get.

ANyway, it wouldn't hurt to buy a gold marker and apply some of it on the nose, would it?

Damn, for a repaint, Rollbar looks sweet... I wanted to keep it MISB since I already have Hound and Swindle. Might as well open it when I get it.

 

principle of it all? First it was Skids' decals and window tint, now this?

I know it's minor, it could be worse, but this is obviously ugly and Hasbro still went forward.

 

No thanks, painting is Hasbro's job. I'm what you'd call a customer. *My* job is complaining on message boards.

Considering I had no interest in the Krylon Brothers I am ambivalent

 

I love how every single person who is the first to get and photograph a picture ends up making these blurry Lochness Monster sighting photos. Is it a white nose? Is it glare from the lights? Where does the nose even begin and end?

Not complaining, and I belive the nose is white....just saying.

Odd, Transfandom member Mach Sabre insists that his Ricochet has a gold nose... variant alert?

 

Could be a running change that was fixed really early on in the process. Not like that hasn't happened before in multiple lines.

I haven't opened mine yet..given how early I found him, I'd wager mine has the cocaine nose job, though.

 

so who's going to remove those ugly assed flame decals, and paint some better ones on him?? Im thinking of getting that Krylon Mirage spray paint and giving him some color chaning flames....

Just got mine tonite and I am in desperate need of a gold metallic Sharpie to cover up his coke habit...

 

Are gold sharpies even the same tone of gold as on Ricochet?

 

I have no idea, but I think any gold will look better than the white...

I've used the silver metallic Sharpies before and they did a great job on touch ups...

 

And you're still bidding on two more?  

 

Yeah, I bid on those a LOOONG time ago and I'm still winning them...
