I'm finally on the way to home, but don't give up, because the first part of filming in London is finished, the crew are moving to Newcastle! I've seen and heard a huge bunch of interesting things, posibly will make another thread, but now replying - yes, there is two McLarens on set, I think he/she is a decepticon, because police cars are not using sound signals, pursueing him/her

 

so I guess I was reading it wrong when I tought the mclaren was confirmed as an autobot

 

Will filming continue this week? I probably won't be at the computer for a while because of work. Never had any free time to read movie news lately.

Yes, but not in London Forgot to say, that they will return to the Gresham st in 21-23 september Today filming was at Bank station and around the Gherking skyscrapper, where some scenes was filmed without people or cars I also catched ACTUAL Mark Wahlberg and Laura Haddock and have seen a girl-stunt similar to Isabela Moner I also must to say, that I have seen BLACK chevy corvette with big rear spoiler in the same trailer with Drift

About black corvette - it's not Crosshairs because he was standing in another place Unfortunately nothing more and no photos because security prohibited it (( Generally, it's possible to take photos only in certain moments

 

OK, Just want to see more cars or car scenes.

 

That black Chevy corvette with big rear spoiler is just the back end of Crosshairs. The back end of the Green Crosshairs is all black.

 

Crosshairs was standing right around the corner

 

Was probably the duplicate car. All the Cars have a second jut in case of an accident.

Yup, sure did.

 

And then they decided to give Drift a different colour scheme when they have a car with a similar deco. I'm sure a blue Merc wasn't out of the question…

 

It could be that the Drift colour scheme is one that Mercedes is trying to promote. The most recent version of the Ferrari California was shown in showrooms (or at least the one I went to) in California Blue, because they were trying to promote the idea that Ferraris don't all have to be red; Mercedes may want to show that all Mercedes don't have to be a single shade of grey.

 

Maybe, though the AMG GT is shown mostly in solid colours, often red (which I'm guessing is why the concept art for Drift has him red), so I took it that the production team specified the black with red/orange to reflect the original colours he was going to have in AOE.

Who knows?
