Universe Hound springs to mind, he's a good all-rounder.

Then there's ROTF Legends Devastator. I love just picking him up, separating him, transforming the bits into each mode, then re-assembling the guy.

WFC Soundwave is also a delight, even if I'm not INSANELY crazy about the alt-mode.

And I also LOVE to transform Generations Wheeljack/RTS Tracks. Once I figured out how to put the gun in the trunk to keep everything tidy, everything clicked for me.

Dude does so much with only a few movements, and he can do it while jumping in the air to boot... AND without kibble or parts forming

RTS Jazz. Simple and elegant.

 

MP-10 Convoy. I LOVE The Flip-Around Headlights and Bumper, as well as The Grill Transformation and the Legs.

 

DOTM Deluxe Ratchet. Very neat engineering.

 

mp-10, mp-11, mp-5, mp-08 are my top four,

most g1 figures for their elegant transformations as well

I cant stop transforming Masterpiece Sideswipe, I just cant put him down. Also the I-Gear van brothers are a very close second. Mp 10 Optimus Prime is another of my favorites.

 

Animated Deluxe Bumblebee's transformation is elegant and entertaining, as is MP-10's. Neither of them have a single part I dread doing. Also, BOT SHOOOOTTTTTTTSSSS.

It sounds crazy but I love transforming him. His car mode rolls so nicely. <3 I found him quite difficult at first but I eventually got the hang of all those tabs and it goes by quickly and easily and gives me two really nice modes.

I also love transforming Prime: Cyberverse Commander Bulkhead, Legion Breakdown, and DOTM Voyager Skyhammer.
