Been brought and sell here with the most generous people here for a few years, never had a problem until recently I encounter this interesting case.

I brought from this member before and didn't have an issue the last time so I was happy to buy from him again. And they arrived like this:

    QQ图片20170209151647.jpg QQ图片20170209151659.jpg QQ图片20170209151709.jpg
    QQ图片20170209151807.jpg QQ图片20170209151716.jpg QQ图片20170209151723.jpg QQ图片20170209151737.jpg

After I reported the issue, only learned that even though the figures arrived damaged due to poor packing, I should just suck it:

Am I insane to assume to rule only apply if the seller did pack the figures properly:confused:

Is USPS even reinbursing that in the first place? i think you have to show some evidence of things being properly packed

Items shouldn't suffer if they were properly packed. Unless this happened:

I was still able to make out enough of seller's username that a quick search was all I needed to learn the rest.

Fumbling around on my iPhone, I couldn't navigate easily enough to do a search, but once I hopped onto my MacBook, it was quite easy to find out the member/seller given the amount of existing clues that could still be inferred.

    Cheers!

I think at very least you can try to encourage other board members to use strong caution when buying from this member--and to encourage the member to take better care wrapping their wares.

Feedback here is a valuable commodity, I read the feedback of others closely before, and during any transaction I'm conducting with another board member.

Trust is super important with these non face to face transactions, and by leaving feedback we help to paint a more accurate picture of what experience to anticipate when trading with one another.

Wrapping each loose figure in newspaper might have helped with the scratching during transit and is relatively inexpensive packing material. Or maybe packing peanuts to prevent the contents of the box from rubbing against each other, although given the size of the box, that would be a lot of peanuts.
