Just bought some MPs off of him and he shipped immediately (would have been same day if the package would fit in USPS' dropbox). Very good communication before and after the deal. He sent me tracking info, insured the package, and gave me a quick note to let me know when it was physically dropped off. Prices were also really good. Just wanted to post again because figureguy was a great help. The MISB Soundblaster he sold me came with a defective part, and he worked with the original retailer to get me a replacement. When I offered to pay him for any expenses he would incur, he said not to worry about it (I of course still sent payment anyway : ) ). He was helpful and updated me constantly throughout the process. Honestly sad to see him out of the hobby, but if he ever returns, I'd be happy to deal with him again. ~Paik

Perfect service! Lightning fast communication & shipping with above and beyond packaging. I mean that. He put the bio-card and instructions in an envelope then taped cardboard to either side to protect it. He also made sure that I knew before hand that he had done this so that I would not confuse the cardboard as filler. The item was exactly as promised. I would gladly buy from figureguy again and recommend to all others to do the same.
