It's pretty much what made me buy Kanu and Kos-Mos. I have no connection to the characters otherwise.

At least Kos-Mos has the excuse of also having some pretty cool weapons and accessories, and having a crazy character design. But really, it's still the sexy that makes her appealing in the first place.

i pre-ordered lynette from strike witches before ever watching the show, now i have seen the first 7 episodes and i love the show

 

Anyone who frequents /toy/ knows these six words: "You know who needs a Figma?"

But really, there's only one answer to that: Shinji Ikari.

Sure, we all want some figure made because we love a show or love a line, but Figma has made some of the better EVA figures ever and for some reason, Shinji gets screwed in every line, every where, all the time.

They need to make Shinji and close the book on this ordeal.

That's really me being objective on the matter and not being an EVA fanboy.

(me being an EVA fanboy says that they need to make regular plugsuit Asuka and test plugsuit Mari before any of the relevant figures you want)

 

I wouldn't mind a Shinji, in fact it would make sense for them to produce him since they already have almost all of the EVA pilots out. I definitely would like to see Misato Katsuragi if they are just sticking with female characters on this one.

 

There may be some kind of hold-out until the next Rebuild movie is released in all honesty.

Don't get me wrong, we absolutely need Gendo.

But we have the three girl pilots from the new movie. We have the excellent Revoltech Eva Units all paired up...except for Unit 01.

We need Shinji to complete the set.

Then we need Gendo for sex appeal.

And then Misato for good times.

Yes. Shinji before Gendo. Or anyone else for that matter. Anything else seems wrong.

 

Figma Robocop is up for preorder on BBTS. Looks awesome, and I'm tempted. But I have no idea of the quality of Max Factory stuff (and I don't think I have the time to read all 393+ pages of this thread). Any suggestions about them as a company and their products?

 

This thread wouldn't have gone on for 400 pages if the figures were terrible, now would it?
