Not here just to complain, but honestly, I'm not sure who these things are for. They're crazy expensive, and I guess that one guy, who wanted a DX Chogokin Mazinger style Megatron is stoked?? But I think the face, and a bunch of the other sculpted details are rather mediocre. Heck for this kind of price tag, it should come with multiple faces for the different art styles G1 Megatron has been drawn in.

 

That is cheap compared to Prime/Magnus.

Unless shipping these things was always $360 a piece?

Looking good now that you can actually see him. The mechanical detail is just gorgeous.
And he’s insanely priced, yeah, but at least plenty time to save up. Hope they rerelease Battle Damaged Op later.

I do wish he has the face and spark chamber of MAS-02, but maybe they will tweak his facesculpt by the time he’s released.

BBTS is asking for $150.09 more. Their cost @ $879.99. Looks nice but too rich for my blood.

Also, where is the need? MP-36, anyone?

 

I’ve been wanting to get into some TF statue collecting, but it’s absolutely insane how pricey this part of the hobby is. These statues (ThreeA, Prime 1, and Ultimetal) look insanely good, but for the amount of money they go for, I’d much rather buy several Masterpiece figures or a bunch of figures that are on shelves at my local stores.

On an unrelated note, I remember when the prototype for this was revealed. It’s crazy that it was first shown when I was in my sophomore year of high school. The finished product here is nothing short of amazing.

 

Me, and the thousand other people that bought the more expensive Primes. Only one figure sits dead center in my collection, and everyone gravitates towards. Especially when he starts talkin.
