I'm tired of Elita's troops all being the same mold. I like Chromia as a motorcycle, Firestar as a truck, and Moonracer as a sports car, while Elita 1 is a muscle car. But no, they're all the same mold. Honestly, that's why I like PotP Elita-1 the best. Yes, she's a dopy jet. But she's a jet. At least they try and shake it up a bit.
It's a shame really they didn't take some inspiration from IDW when they did Elita's troops in PotP. Greenlight and Lancer certainly had non car altmodes (based on kibble, I don't think either were shown in altmode) I THINK it was something like Greenlight has helicopter kibble and Lancer has tank kibble but I'm not 100% certain. I hope they all get another shot someday with a variety of altmodes. I'd love a Firestar based on her appearance in MTMTE too, including a flamehead blast FX As for Elita I like to imagine her PotP body as something like a Prime upgrade
That's more of a thing about how they weren't planning to make Greenlight and Lancer in the first place (I mean, let's be honest how unpolished Lancer is). It's more that Hasbro saw that we wanted this and gave us something and it's better to have them than not at all (not to mention we got fiction for Orthia out of it which they didn't have to do). We were always going to get Chromia, Moonracer, and Firestar in those molds regardless. The Moonracer --> Chromia thing will never not be weird. I'm sure with better planning they wouldn't all share the same mold like that.
Oh aye, I get why it happened, can still imagine what might have been And yeah the Orthia lore is pretty cool... though does make me wish they had planned all of them and had that lore planned in PotP as I think it would have been cool if the Combiner Head had been based on Solus for example, much like how Cyclonus' combiner head is Galvatron, rather than a bigger Elita head I still might try doing something like that as a custom TBH...
Those do work well with her! I've been using the pistols that come with the Dr. Wu Valkyrja set, but I may try posing her with those.
We need a lilac colored one. I suggested a girl-centric TF subline of nothing but repaints a few years back, and got laughed at while the thread was locked. A lot of "Transformers are for BOYS. if girls want to play with them, that's fine, but they don't need to be targeted."
Ugh, that sucks and yeah I'd love a girl centric subline. It's not like boys wouldn't still buy a girl centric line too either. I've got an idea I'm working on for a fan concept of a female lead TF Cartoon. Obviously I wouldn't actually be making a cartoon but like designing characters and stuff as if it were. I'm having fun with it, hopefully I'll have something to share in the future ^^

I actually want a high school anime, but just with transformers that are girls. Follow Megatron, Starscream, Shockwave and Soundwave on their girly adventures as they try to take over high school. I can absolutely see it, and it makes me laugh.
