Fan Art: Feedback on my transformer toy design?

    I decided to make an update to an old idea that I had for a toy of Bozo from Robo-Capers:

    I decided to first re-update the design and have him transform instead of a cinclair c5 into an electric motorbike like this one:

    I thought about how to give him a transformation unique to a motorcycle transformer and here is where I'm at now:

    I have a little bit of an idea how transformers work because I've dissasembled a few, but I don't really have a ton of experience with 3d modeling so that's where I'm stuck right now.

    I'm also thinking of changing the design a little bit too...

    Anyway, feedback is appreciated! :)

    After seeing the reference image again, I did a rough update to the design a little bit. Is this better?

    Maybe you can start by customizing an existing bike transformer instead of building from scratch. your last sketch reminds me of ROTF knockout
