    How do you know? I've never seen one. They just drop the parcel in front of your door (rain or shine), ring and then run for their life back to their truck.

    The same thing I was wondering my gf works at a Pharmacy, even if they knew or could verify their viable prescriptions, it would be against HIPPA for them to know.

    It makes no sense.
