I don't know why, but my favorite episode is season 3 "thirst", a starscream and knockout episode when "dark energon zombie transformers" are roaming around the Deception ship. I thought it was funny, different and entertaining! Great episode for character development.

 

That was a great episode accept for the whole knockout admiring starscreams finish thing. I've seen Flying Mind a billion times but I loved every episode of the show.

 

I just wish that there was an episode where Sierra found out. That was a total waste of a plot thread.

Other then that I loved every episode.

 

She seemed to really just be there to be a girl of the week for Jack in Speed Metal, and to later show how the kids can't really have normal lives as part of the war. Not much of a plot to her.

I loved the last episode of Prime, though I forgot what it was called... Then Thirst is my second favorite, I just have a weakness for zombies.  

 

I have several, but Evolution is the one episode I have yet to turn off once it's started.

Who said s02 was bad? There are more but off the top of my head those are some of the standouts. I could watch all of season 3 in one go easy. Lots of good moments.

 

Convoy - purely for the interaction between Optimus and Agent Fowler. Has me in stitches every time. If my son has it on I HAVE to sit down and watch with him.
It's one of the few episodes where Optimus has a little bit of emotion in his voice.

 

Crossfire is my favorite ep. It's the one with the Starcee almost upside down kiss.

 

Off the top of my head, I don't have a set favourite. I will extend my fondness for Triangulation, which some hilarious banter between Ratchet and Wheeljack and plenty of awesome scenes for Soundwave.

 

Had the most fun with Deadlock.

This was my favorite, too. I was hoping that this was the beginning of a series of "The Misadventures of Starscream and Knock Out." Then, I remembered that the season was only 13 episodes and got sad.

 

S1: Predatory, Rock bottom, One Shall Fall.
S2: Armada, Toxicity, Hurt, New Recruit, Patch, Regeneration, Darkest Hour.
S3: Darkmount NV, Prey, Rebellion, Project Predacon, Thirst, Evolution, Deadlock.

Big Season 3 fan... I just thought the show got better with every episode and the inclusion of new characters starting with Smokescreen just made everything even more fun for me. I loved the Decepticons in the show, but putting conflict into the Autobots just totally entranced me. Evolution is probably my favorite episode of the show, as it introduced Predaking, used each character to their fullest and fed off every small issue the characters had. Top it off with an amazing fight and Wheeljack finally accepting Ultra Magnus, it really set the tone for the rest of the show till it's end.

Predacons Rising is also a favorite of mine, just because it's so much fun to see Megatron so beaten and broken... his transformation into Galvatron by the end makes him one of the most interesting characters in the show, and I hope his story is continued again.

 

Thirst definitely.

I recall liking most of the episodes in season one as well.

I know people hate them, but the scavenger hunt episodes of season 2...

I love every episode of the show but if I had to pick a favourite, I would go with Rebellion in S3......Autobots attack the con fortress, Prime kicks Megatron's ass and Smokescreen "aww, I missed it"
