There have been quite a few mythical creatures in Transformers, what's your favorite myth. One my my favorites is the myth of Spark Eater.

The sparkeater is hardly a myth given it showed up in MTME.

long since abandoned and ignored, an old toy store lay forgotten in the ghost town of ________.
Nobody could be bothered to give such a derelict building a chance- oh no- they whizzed right by towards TRU or searched online. But there was one fan, a superfan, the truest TF trufan of them all, who was such a fan that he couldn't resist having a look around.
He walked inside, holding a cloth over his nose to breathe through the dust. The isles were littered with dusty figures and cracked boxes. As he came to the last isle, he noticed a door. Being the trust trufan, he knew he couldn't leave until he had looked in every cranny of this sad building. Opening the door he was met with the entire G1 collection! MINT! Both rub and pre rub as well as Hasbro's secret stash of prototypes! he fell to his knees, hands in the air, crying over this lost treasure!

Ok, s a little dramatic....but I personally love some of the "finding x,y,z in an old toystore/garage/home" stories that go around. Some are true...some might be myths.

Yeah, these stories are hilarious. Personally the more complete/rare the collection the larger pinch of salt I take while reading the story.

I liked it in TF: Cybertron, when they found out that most all mythical monsters throughout Earth's history were really decepticons. :p

They are so scarce that they are considered mythical.

I really loved how in Cybertron, you had Transformers be indirectly responsible for the Earth myths.

    example Thunderblast and Lorelei.

Yes but... the page you link literally speaks only of stories where they are encountered, so not so mythical.

That is not what being a myth means.

I think all my favorite Transformers myths are the conspiracy theories about why such and such figures do or don't get made. If only because sometimes the truth ends up being stranger than fiction.

Depends on when you checked... one showed up in Rescue Bots, chased by Bumblebee from RID, so they're around... and have been around considering the RB's are almost considered mythical themselves, since they thought they were the last 4.

In the comics we know that sparkeaters are real things with clear (if timey-wimey paradoxical) origins, but to be fair, in-universe they're regarded by most Cybertronians as a somewhat mythical creature, much like the Necrobot or the Shimmer. So yeah, I'd say that counts as a myth.

It's really a shame that we don't have a whole lot of actual Cybertronian "myths" outside of those three examples. We've got stuff like Bigfoot, the chupacabra, loch ness monster, etc. It'd be neat to see some more equivalents in Cybertronian culture.

Yes, I do wish that there were myths that were, u know... actually a myth. Even Primus, Unicron, the 13 primes, etc. were myths that were proven real. I do wish that there were some unproven myths in the transformers franchise.

Hard to have happen in a Fictional world tho... all someone has to do is write (whatever story) in a new series, movie or comics and it becomes part of the canon and/or 'history'.
