Those are a couple. And here's one of my favorite exchanges. It's from Beast Wars.

Megatron: Indeed you do.. *Proceeds to blast Tarantulas*

That scene had me laughing like crazy the first time I saw it.

 

Megatron: "You wouldn't dare fire in here! It might upset history!"

Optimus Primal: "We'd have four million years to clean you off the walls, Megatron. I might risk it."

I enjoyed the boost of confidence and authoritativeness that Primal's upgrade to Optimal Optimus gave him.
