Misfire and Sureshot. Misfire's robot mode is pretty unremarkable, but the jet is awesome, and his bio was great. Sureshot was just fun to own.

I know they dont have robot modes but I like the way the Beast modes mesh together.

For me, it's Alternators Rollbar. I had never ever heard of Rollbar at all when I bought his Alternators figure. He's becoming my favorite... hmm, no wonder why I'm making him among the more prominently-featured characters in my comic.

I can't decide between G1 Snapdragon, and G1 Dreadwind and Darkwing.

G2 Windbreaker. Aside from an unfortunate name assignment he is great. My first transformer was a Windcharger and this guy just feels like an upgraded form of him.

In regards to obscure Transformers, probably a tie between Flattop and Roadblock.

My Landquake has a bit of a story, I was at Target to buy something else (don't remember what) and dropped by the toy section, where he was on an endcap with a clearance sticker on him. Bought him and felt sorry I didn't pick him up before that, he's probably my overall favorite Autobot from the Unicron Trilogy and among my favorite Autobots of all time.

One thing is that it's hard to quantify obscure in this context. Are figures like Henkei Cosmos, G1 Omega Supreme, Animated Activator Starscream, or Animated Shadow Blade Megatron considered obscure? How about Black Big Convoy or Mass Production Noisemaze?

Sorry for restarting old thread. I've posted before but I had to throw in a few more.

Rollbar (love the head sculpt and the bio. Would it have been so hard to give him moveable arms)

Dragstrip (That cannon was so cool on the car mode)

Quake (surprisingly poseable and wasn't afraid to tackle Megatron and Thunderwing)

Ruckus (why noone's repainted Defence Hot Shot as Ruckus is beyond me)

Cloudburst (One of my first Autobots and he and Landmine were a great duo in the comics. My parents surprised me with him because they couldn't get Pointblank. Not normally a lover of surprises but they done great with this one)

Landmine (having gotten Cloudburst the previous Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the Mecannibals story, I had to get Landmine)

Scattershot (so poseable and so many guns. The Autobot badass everyone forgets)

    Afterburner (coolest bike ever)

The Firecons (love the little bot modes. Oh for a ball joint in the arms. Great Beasts too and the G2 guys make nice drones)

Snapdragon (Triple changing Headmaster with cool dragon mode and cooler jet mode and his head is Lord Zarak's bodyguard)

Override (those flip out cannons and a cool head sculpt)

Skullgrin (very cool futuristic tank. A better colour scheme might have helped the bot though AND why was his shell's lower jaw unpainted. Loved him in the comics. Wasn't your typical Decepticon thug. So hated Blitzwing for that)

Actionmasters Megatron, Shockwave, Soundwave and Kick Off (great bio)

Had them all as a kid. Ok that's out of my system.

Oh honourable mention to Squeezeplay who I recently got.
