Agree. I just got myself a copy this Saturday and he looks awesome even knowing that he shares the mold with screamer.

1.) What is your favorite MP overall? Megatron, hands down. He embodies the word Masterpiece.

2.) What MP transformation do you enjoy the most? I love the way the Van Bros transform, but my favorite is probably Sunstreaker.

3.) Which one do you fiddle with the most? Megatron is my go to for fiddling with. His poseability is unmatched, and his faces allow him to convey almost any emotion you want.

4.) What do you find the most visually impressive? Again, I vote Megatron. He is just an amazing looking figure.

1.) What is your favorite MP overall?
    Currently, Optimus Primal.
2.) What MP transformation do you enjoy the most?
I actually quite like MP36 Megatron's transformation. While it's complicated, I found it surprisingly intuitive, and the results are pretty goddamn stellar.
3.) Which one do you fiddle with the most?
Well, I only have three at the moment, so they all get even fiddle-time really.
4.) What do you find the most visually impressive?
As much as I love Primal and Cheetor, I think Megs just takes this one for how ludicrously expressive he is.

So I have Prowl on the mail so I wont count him so here it is:

1.) What is your favorite MP overall?

    G2 Bee.

2.) What MP transformation do you enjoy the most?

Toughy. But I think its the Lambor Molds.

3.) Which one do you fiddle with the most?

A tie between Delta Magnus and SG MP10.

4.) What do you find the most visually impressive?

    Delta Magnus Hands down.

I cannot honestly answer this question. I love so many of the MP's that I don't think I could pick a favorite. MP Primal, Cheetor, and Dinobot, MPM Bumblebee and Barricade, MP (blue) Bluestreak, MP Bumblebee...damn too many.

Wheeljack is the best Autobot car in the whole Masterpiece line.

Out of all the MPs I have, my favorite is Ratchet. Ratchet has always been my favorite G1 character. It might have taken YEARS but I'm glad he finally has a G1 based toy that is pretty decent, pretty well proportioned for the most part, still has his battle sled with a ton of accessories, and most importantly, actually has a head this time unlike his G1 toy.

    Hmmm, overall...
Ironhide/Ratchet. First, because I never thought it could be successfully executed, second for the fond memories of one of my very firsts transformers as a kid.
Sometimes a simple, straightforward trans is just what I’m looking for. I choose BumbleBee. When I feel like a challenge, I’ll pick up Megatron. Otherwise, I’ve been enjoying transforming MP9 & Ironhide.
Out of the most recent releases, I’ve been fiddling with MP 9 reissue 2018. Photogenic as hell, he holds together quite excellent for posing.
Dinobot. An impossible transformation, where even the source material cheated on, successfully created in the real world. Paint, size, sculpt, multiple expressive faces, and accessories, he has it all!

I add to my previous list MP Star Saber. I find myself playing with him more and more, mostly due to the fact that I love sword wielding robots.

1.) What is your favorite MP overall?
Sideswipe and G2 Sideswipe. The paint is amazing on these two and they’re so fun.

2.) What MP transformation do you enjoy the most? Inferno the way his ladder hides.

3.) Which one do you fiddle with the most? Inferno and Ultra Magnus, so fun to pose.

4.) What do you find the most visually impressive? Prowl. He is just so visually awesome in both modes.

    1) Well, since MP Jazz hasn't been made yet, I'm going with MP Wheeljack

    2) I enjoy MP Sideswipe's transformation. I also liked MP Dinobot's transformation because I was able to transform him with no help from my preferred reviewer.

    3) I fiddle with MP21Bee, since he's so damn easy to transform.

    4) MP Sunstreaker, followed by MP Thundercracker

    1. I guess I'd have to say Hot Rod 2.0 would be my favorite...he's always been my favorite character (after Optimus Prime), and this version is just so dynamic. He has all of the features I wish the original had...the drop-down targeting visor, great articulation, and screen-accurate colors. I stupidly sold mine and wish I had it back...

    2. I would be limited on this point, as I have only transformed two of them...Sideswipe and Hot Rod, and they were both very enjoyable for different reasons; Sideswipe was satisfying in the sense that he's solidly constructed and engineered to the point that every parts has a place to go and everything tabs in place well. I don't remember Hot Rod being as solid...he seemed a little more fragile, but it was fun to transform him and see how everything incorporated together so well in order to streamline his robot form, to minimalize the "backpack effect", among other things. So I guess it's a tie. Incidentally, I have Grimlock, too, but I've never transformed him...

    3. I guess since my experience has been somewhat limited, I'm forced to make a limited decision...among the three I've actually opened, Hot Rod was my favorite. He's somewhat more stylized than Sideswipe, of course, but he's also more poseable I think, so he's fun to put him into all those stereotypical Hot Rod poses. (Man, I gotta replace this figure, stat...)

    4. Oh, this one's easy for me...MP 36+ Megatron. He just oozes nostalgia and G1 awesomeness for me. I want him. I want him baaaad.

People picking Megatron, Shockwave, and Ironhide. Wow, we have different taste.

I’m a Hasui era guy but I do quite dig Sunstreaker as well.

When asked this question only a few years ago on Cybertron.ca my answer, and the answer of many others, was MP10. I would say that MP36 is now my new fave, and who knows, maybe v3 Prime will take it from him someday.

I think MP10s sheer difficulty to acquire (the Hasbro version) gave him an allure factor that was hard to describe. He is still in my top five but these days I find the overall look of the character key to my enjoyment rather than the transformation or things like that.

Shouldn't really yellow anymore, the compound that causes the yellowing isn't used in plastics anymore. I guess yellowing from smoke or just leaving it in the sun to tan stills happens, but we should never see anything like old G1 toys.
