IT wasn't really a "line," but i loved the guest-appearance by Spike, Carly and Daniel. Look for the family getting ice cream when they're describing Detroit.

 

for some reason, I just love when Starscream goes
"ow ow!" when Megatron grabs his wing. Makes him seem like a bottom rung weakling, and he still trounced the Autobots proper-like.

 

This makes Blitzwing a love in the first sight, I laughed like mad and almost too loud at cyber cafe.  

 

"You haven't seen hostile yet!" -Starscream

And the entire "raise you hands over your heads" bit was very good.

Sari: Am I going to be able to breathe down there?

BB's 'sari sari' in car mode before the bots realized he wasn't saying sorry.
And BB's 'I'm still narrowing it down to my top 5' when prime askes what his excuse is for sari. xD

Oh and the pivotal screamer moment to me... "I HAVE HAD ENOUGH"

 

Megatron: What do you want now Starscream?
Starscream: Only to wish you luck my liege.
Megatron: I do not believe in luck.
Starscream: Neither do I (as Megatron leaves).

All of Ratchets lines were awesome. Ultra Magnus left me speechless and wanting to hear more of him.

Agreed. Took me a while to realize that it was Bumper Robinson, though. (Dwight Conrad from Futurama, anyone?)

 

Another favorite of mine was Optimus' slightly doubting "Ok... I'll go with plan A"
