Overall, Calvin & Hobbes and The Far Side take it, easily.
Regularly, though, Garfield and Foxtrot are all that's left that I regularly read.

My all time favourite is Garfield.

However, I can never say no to The Wizard of Id, The Phantom, Zits, Beyond the Black Stump or Swamp.

The only still-running ones I actively follow are FoxTrot, Dilbert, and Pearls Before Swine. Garfield's an occasional.

Prince Valiant is my all-time favorite.

Far Side and Life in Hell are close seconds.
