So for those who have seen the movie, what are your favourite scenes? Mine are:

1. Bumblebee standing victorious after his fight with Barricade.

I know alot of fans will say its the Auto reintroducing themselves scene but I really found it so cool with the Bee just standing looking so heroic and victorious after his fight with Barricade, with Sam and Mikaela going up to him.

It was like a like a scene right out of a super robot anime. Folks who watched anime should know what I mean! Its like G1 Bumblebee has all grown-up!  

2. Autobots introducing themselves

Optimus Prime transforming for the first time. Nuff said...gave me goose-bumps...true, there are folks who don't like the mvoie designs but this is the closest rendition we have of G1 Prime on the big screen.

Really good effects with all the gears shifting and clicking into place...

3. Optimus' speech about the humans with Ironhide

Prime's discussion with Ironhide about "fighting for the humans" is a classic moment. Again I got goosebumps when Optimus made the "freedom is the right of all sentient beings"

The best part? We got to se the Autobots in "broad daylight", which to me was the "ultimate test" and the CGI done on the bots were amazing.

4. Autobots landing onto earth and scanning for alternate modes.

Love the part with Jazz running and moving...Ironhide crashing etc.

5. Autobots at Sam's house

Really funny moments! Prime being impatient, the dog etc.

"One shall stand, one shall fall"

 

The Autobots arrives on Earth. This moment is really well done. The music also used a lot, I'm really excited when they crashed on Earth, scanned their vehicles mode and appeared before Sam and Mikaela. Optimus Prime then proceeded to transform (which is awesome  ), followed by the other Autobots

 

TheShape - yeah...I got goosebumps when Prime said that...but I wished we could see it saying that to Megs face-to-face...

LightingZero - yeah, the music score used was well-done...like "hope" was coming...very solid!

 

I probably said this before, but yes, the Autobot introduction scene is my absolute favourite. I just get overwhelmed by emotion every time I see it. It evokes all these good memories of both G1 and Beast Wars at the same time.

 

Jazz: What's crackin' li'l bitches? This seems like a nice place t'kick it! *hops onto car and -lounges-

Car: *goes squash*

XD!!

 

Oh yeah, that was a good one! But I forgot to add the Autobots coming out to confront the Sector 7 folks...I could actually hear the folks around me grasp in amazement at the effects!

 

I hate those Sector 7 guys, I really hope Autobots will stomp on them  

Another favorite moment: when Optimus Prime decapitates Bonecrusher

 

Oh yeah, really great action! But at times, I had difficulty seeing what Bonecrusher was doing...his design is so skeleton-like that I had difficulty telling what were the limbs etc.

 

Jazz stole every scene he was in. Pity it was really only the two scenes.

How come the brother gotta die? Even when they all robots, the brother gotta be the one that croaks.

 

I loved it when Megatron flew past Starscream and had to come back and insult him.

 

I guess it shows the extent of conflict...and how it split the family...for Optimus and Megs...who's the older bro? Megs or Prime?

Because watching in Asia, the chinese subtitles addressed Megs as the "younger one" but the term used could also mean that Prime was addressing Megs as a "comrade-in-arms".

Me? I consider them as siblings...

 

1 of my particular favorite moments was when the battle in the city started, and ironhide screamed (with his 'old-soldier voice') "it's starscream!!" and then he and bb lift up a truck to protect the humans from ss's missiles!! that was very heroic!

 

- Blackout laying waste to the Soccent military base in an amazing display of sheer firepower and brute force.

- The grand entrance of the rest of the Autobots.

- Optimus running his blade through Bonecrusher's face

- Megatron tearing Jazz in half.

- Ironhide doing the rocket jump.

- Every scene with Frenzy.

And probably a WHOLE lot more that I can't remember right now...

Must...watch...again!

-BB "lubricating" on S7
-Starscream versus US airforce
-Autobots meeting up with Sam and crew en route with All Spark
-finally making me like Bumblebee (though not really a scene)

 

Autobots vs Sector 7 was spectacular - "Autobots, relieve them of their weapons!" And then later Ironhide punching the ground. Pure love.

Frenzy vs Airforce one was sensational and the Barricade interrogation scene was spot on perfect.

 

Starscream's attack on the raptors was awesome.

And the rest of the movie as well!

 

Yeah, Ironhide's realisation that the raptor was Starscream was so chillingly er, dramatic! Loved the way he and the Bee used a "Furby" truck (Furbies are from Hasbro right? If so, it was another promotion of Hasbro's product like the "My Little Pony)!

that transforms because of the allsparks look more decepticon than autobots

 

If I'm not mistaken, the explaination was given in the novel...those that the Allspark transformed had no "spark" or no "soul" that's why they were er, evil.
