If you synced your trophies recently you shouldn't have to worry about losing them. Just the ones you didn't sync. Maybe...

Na, I had to put them on to go to work. I will take them back off when I get home, or maybe I will let the wife do that? :inquisiti

I read the thread title and all I could think about was, "The system, is down. The system, is down. The system, is down."

Holy shit this is REAL?? I saw the thumbnail for it and I thought it was a character from Tim Burton's new Alice in Wonderland, and someone had dubbed over PS3 Fatty Rage...... That guy is...unique.

His voice sounded eerily familiar to...

Supposedly Sony are just waiting for tomorrow and hoping the internal calender sorts it self out when the date changes to the 2nd.

I'd be fine with all of this if I could play some of my games offline, which seems to be an issue because of Trophies, which I don't give a pho-k about anyway. I could still play Pixel Junk, but not Hustle King... Whaaaaat?

edit: The conspiracy theorist in me thinks that this was done in order to say, "Seee, this is why we now need to charge you for service." :D

edit: Nevermind... skinnies still work, so that would kinda defeat the purpose.

Didn't another system have a calendar problem a few years ago that was locking up consoles? Seems odd that the issue would pop up again.

No, it thought it did ;)  Unless your computer was from the 60s or 70's there never was a problem with the date changing to 2000. As back in the early days of computers they never looked far enough to give the date 4 digits, so business's still running its own original mainframe systems that were never upgraded were gonna get fucked over by the "millenium bug" never personal computers or game consoles.

Those who reported faults were those using that old technology and people on the internet looking for attention :D

So do we have confirmation that all of the PS3s have become aware and have now formed SkyNet?
    Where is Sarah Conner?
